The 4HYB-2 Corn Harvester is small corn harvester driven by tractor.  It can harvest 2 and 3 rows corn efficiently.  Comparing with large combine harvester, the 4HB-2 mini corn harvester is more convenient to move at field.  It has more advantages at small and hilly field.

The Small Corn harvester combines corn harvesting, corn skin peeling, and straw crushing. It harvest 2 or 3 row Corn , and crush corn straw to short piece at same time.  The corn will be peeled and conveyed to stock bin.  Corn straw are crushed and throw to field as fertilize for next year.

After harvesting, the clean corn will be unload automaticlly with hydrallic device.  It saves 90% labor and improve working efficiency.

What is the process of harvesting ? 

The Mini Corn Harvester consists of Seven main parts. It makes the harvesting high efficient and save much labor.

1. Corn Picker

Grips the corn stalks, pulls them into the rollers, pick up corn and convey to Corn Peeler.

2. Corn Stalk chopper

Crush the corn stalks with a cutting-crushing device and throw them back into the field.

3. Front Conveyor Belt: convey corn cob to Corn Peller.

4. Peeling machine: The wind blows out lighter debris. The husks (husks) are removed from the ears of corn with the help of skinning rollers and hold-downs.

5. Corn ear husk conveyor belt: return the corn ear husk to the field, screen out the corn kernels that fall off during peeling, and send them to the grain box.
6. Corn Stock bins: store corn and unload them into transport vehicles
7. Unloading corn : Adopt hydraulic transmission mode, which can realize stepless speed change.  It will unload corn cob automaticlly and efficiently.
