Project Description
The HPVC-1100 Potato Vine Cutter is a practical tractor three-point hitch machine. It specializes in cutting, crushing and clearing potato vines before harvesting. This device acts as a key supporting unit for the full potato planting and harvesting line. Also, it mounts easily on the rear of medium and small tractors with a standard 3-point linkage. It thoroughly cleans up potato vines to prepare tidy ground conditions for subsequent potato digging work.
Core Working Principle
First, the tractor PTO shaft delivers power to the internal high-speed rotor assembly. Next, the built-in high-hardness cutting hammers spin rapidly. These rotating hammers chop potato stems, leaves and vines into fine pieces. Furthermore, all crushed vine residues fall evenly on the field. The residues slowly decompose into natural organic fertilizer to nourish farmland. Meanwhile, the machine fully cleans the top of potato ridges. It creates a neat and obstacle-free environment for potato harvesters to work smoothly.
Main Structural Components Breakdown
Three-point Hitch Frame (Blue Front Bracket)
This is a universal standard suspension frame for agricultural tractors. It fits most 30–70 HP farm tractors perfectly. Operators can mount, detach and adjust its working height quickly. Besides, thick steel welding builds a solid and anti-deformation structure. It stays stable even under long-term heavy-load working conditions.
PTO Gearbox (Left Blue Gear Box)
This heavy-duty sealed gear reducer transfers steady power from the tractor PTO to the cutting rotor. It features a built-in independent lubrication system. This design effectively lowers failure risks. It also extends the service life during continuous high-speed operation.
Closed Cutting Housing (Blue Main Body + Grey Protective Cover)
The fully enclosed cutting bin stops vine splashing during shredding tasks. It ensures complete crushing without flying residue. In addition, the shell adopts thickened anti-wear steel plates. These plates resist strong impact and mud corrosion for long-lasting use.
High-Speed Hammer Blade Rotor Assembly (Internal Core)
This core unit uses multiple groups of impact-resistant manganese steel hammer blades. It adopts a flexible floating installation structure. The structure avoids rigid collision damage when blades hit underground stones. It greatly reduces blade breakage risks. Meanwhile, high rotating speed delivers uniform and fine crushing results.
