Silage Chopper with Crusher is dual-functional, which can both cut up plants to short length and crush grains to powder. chaff length 1-4 cm.
Chopping forage into precise lengths (1–4 cm) and crushing grains into a fine powder. This dual functionality makes it ideal for creating high-quality silage or Total Mixed Rations (TMR) with optimized digestibility and nutrient availability.
It has two inlets , one for crushing grains like corn, wheat, and one for cutting straw like corn straw, leafs. The two functions make the chaff cutter so popular with farmers.
- Processes whole-plant corn (including stalks, leaves, and ears) into silage with crushed grain kernels embedded in the chaff.
- Perfect for high-moisture crops requiring rapid fermentation.
