5HMT-1500 Small Corn Thresher can thresh corn at 1000-2000kg/h. It can be PTO, diesel engine and electric motor driven for corn farm.  It is a good investment for small grain farms to save labour and increase yield.

The 5HTM-1500 Small Multi Crop Thresher involves several mechanical processes that effectively separate grains from the chaff (straw and husk) of various crops. Here’s how it generally works:

Firstly, Big Feeding Mechanism to feed grains into the thresher through a hopper or feed inlet.

Secondly, Durable Threshing Drum Inside the thresher.  A rotating threshing drum is equipped with spikes or beaters. As the drum spins, it rubs and beats the incoming crop, applying mechanical force to separate the grains from the straw and husk.

Thirdly, Separation:  After the threshing action, the mixture of grains and chaff is transferred to a separation chamber. Here, various methods, such as shaking or air blowing, are used to separate the heavier grains from the lighter chaff.   What’s more, we use Screen Mesh or sieve to further ensure that only the clean grains pass through while the straw and husk are removed.

Fourtly, Cleaning system remove remaining dust and light weight debris from the grains.   This process ensures that the final product is clean and ready for storage or sale.

Lastly,  Collect the separated grains into a designated container, and discharge the leftover straw and chaff from the machine.
