Customer Peter from Italy contact us:I have a small farm which is located mostly on hills.I’m interested in your products “4HYM-1.1”, crawler type. Anyway I have the following questions for you:

1)Is the machine suitable for harvesting soybeans (and beans in general)?

Answer: Nope. The havester is suitable for Rice and Wheat.For soybeans and other small seeds grain, Rice reaper is recommended.

2) is the machine also capable to harvest small seeds (e.g. sesame)?

Answer：Same with 1) question. Sesame is not suitable. It need Reaper to cut down the straw and thresh seeds from straw with Grain Thresher.

3) What kind of shipping to Italy (nearest harbor: Civitavecchia) do you support and how long will it take ?

Answer: We can ship to Civitavecchia port.It takes about 35 days to arrive.

4) Is it possible to remove the driver’s seat and use the model “4HYM-1.2” also as a “walking behind” harverster or should I choose a “4HYM-1.1” model?

Answer: Yes. the driver seat is avaiable to remove and walk behind. It is double usage. At present we only have 4HYM-1.2 for sale.

5) Does the product contains asbestos components? If yes, it is possible for you to replace them with non asbestos ones?

Answer: None asbestos is included.

6) Is the product CE certified according to directive 2006/42 / EC?

Answer: The 4HYM-1.2 Rice Harvester is certified with CE and ISO9001:2015. HUAYO have continuously improved our production processes and QC systems throughout the past 30 years.

7) Is it possible for you to share instruction and maintenance manuals?

Answer: Sure. Will send Instruction and Maintenance manuals in English with machine.

8) what are the maximum and minimum harvesting heights?

Answer: Rice and wheat between 12-75cm are suitable for the machine.

9) How is the harvesting performance ? does it have many impurity ?

Answer: The harvested rice is very clean. Impurity is less than 3%. Because it has strong fan which blow the most impurities at same time.

10) Do you provide safety switches such as the one displayed in the attached picture “safety_switch.jpg” (it is just an example)?

Answer: Yes. there is clutch at the operation table work as safety switch.

11) May you provider a chassis fully covering the belt and the wheel circled in the attached picture “chassis.jpg”? the wheel with a chassis

Answer:Yes. The wheel and pulley belt are covered for safety.

12) Do you provide spare parts kit? At what cost?

Answer: Will offer Combine harvester & Wheelkit and Sickle&Sickle protector for free. You can buy extra Sickle assembly, Clutch cable and Pulley belt for spare.

13) Could you kindly provide your contract conditions?

Answer: We accept USD by T/T in advance. Due to the long Chinese Spring Festival Holiday, we have no machines in stock. At present all the orders are prepared in turn. It will take about 15-20 days to prepare. The shipping takes about 35 days to arrive at your port.

14) How long guarantee do you provide?

Answer:One year guarantee will be offered. Will offer spare part for free within one year. You need to pay for the delivery cost.

15) Do you also have some “small seed” and Soybean solution?

Answer: We have small seed and Soybean reaper. it will reap the grains down uniformly.

After reap down, you can thresh seeds by Soybean Thresher.
