    Suitable Pellets Size for animals:

    1. 2.5 mm Feed Pellets are suitable for breeding: parrots, thrushes, finches, and other pet birds.    Young rabbits, young chickens, young ducks, young geese, young pigeons, young birds, young peacocks, young aquatic fish and other small animals.
    2. 3-4 mm particles are suitable for breeding: rabbits, Chickens, Ducks, geese, pigeons, birds, peacocks, aquatic fish, etc.
    3. 5-6 mm Feed Pellets are suitable for :  Pigs, cattle, sheep, dogs, pigs, horses
4.7-12mm is generally used for making fishing bait, large birds and other large animals.

    Advantages of Chicken Feed Pellet:

    1. The Feed Pellets have high hardness, smooth surface and internal ripening, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
    2. Powdered feed and grass meal can be granulated without adding a little liquid. Therefore, the moisture content of the pellet feed is basically the moisture content of the material before granulation, which is more convenient for storage.

What is the advantages to make Pellet by ourself ?

    1. Nutrient Optimization:
      • Pelletizing allows for precise control of nutrient composition in each pellet. This ensures that chickens receive a balanced and consistent diet, promoting optimal growth, health, and egg production.
    2. Improved Digestibility:
      • Feed pellets are processed to have a consistent size and texture. This enhances digestibility, allowing chickens to extract more nutrients from the feed, leading to better feed conversion ratios and improved overall efficiency.
    3. Reduced Feed Waste:
      • Pellets are less prone to segregation and breakage during handling and feeding. This results in reduced feed wastage, as chickens are less likely to selectively consume certain components of the feed.
    4. Ease of Handling and Storage:
      • Pellets are uniform in size and shape, making them easy to handle, transport, and store. This contributes to better logistics and reduces the risk of feed spoilage or contamination.
    5. Automated Production:
      • Feed pellet lines are often automated, allowing for consistent and efficient production. Automated systems can control pellet size, moisture content, and other parameters, ensuring high-quality feed production.
    6. Customization Options:
      • Feed pellet lines offer flexibility in formulating and producing custom feed blends. This is particularly beneficial when tailoring feed to the specific nutritional needs of different chicken growth stages or addressing regional variations in feed ingredients.
    7. Hygienic Processing:
      • The pelletization process involves heat, which can contribute to reducing pathogens in the feed. Additionally, the compression of feed ingredients into pellets can result in a reduction of contaminants, contributing to improved feed hygiene.
    8. Reduced Dust and Fines:
      • Pelletization reduces the generation of dust and fines compared to traditional mash feed. This is beneficial for both the respiratory health of chickens and the cleanliness of the feed handling and storage systems.
    9. Enhanced Feed Intake:
      • Chickens often find pellets more palatable than mash feed. The uniformity and texture of pellets encourage consistent feed intake, supporting overall poultry health and growth.
    10. Economic Efficiency:While the initial investment in a feed pellet line may be higher, the long-term benefits, such as reduced feed waste, improved feed conversion, and enhanced chicken performance, contribute to economic efficiency for poultry farmers.

In summary, a Chicken Feed Pellet Line offers numerous advantages, including improved nutrient optimization, digestibility, reduced waste, ease of handling, automation, customization options, hygienic processing, and economic efficiency.
