The HYZJ-250 Clay Brick Machine will make durable clay bricks for house building. It can run either on a 11 HP Electric Motor or on a 15 HP Diesel Engine.

The clay brick machine combines Clay Mixer, Clay strip extruder, Clay strip cutter and clay brick cutter.  You can make various size clay bricks with the HYZJ-250 Clay brick machine.

It is the most affordable machine for small and medium clay brick factory.

Making clay brick process 

1. Inundate the clay and prepare the clay suitable for making clay brick. Moisture is about 20%.
2. Feed the soil into the Clay Mixer.
3. Extruding clay strip.
4. Cut clay strip to suitable lengthwith wire cutter.
5. Slice clay strip to designed clay brickssize
6. Sprinkle ashesover the green bricks to avoid stick
7. Delivergreenbricks to dry under the sun.
8. Deliver green bricks to kiln for firing and baking.

Brick size & models of the Clay brick machine

The clay brick machine can make 9*4*3 inch clay bricks.  It can make customized size by change brick mould.  The clay bricks are solid bricks , with 1-3 holes available.  They are most durable clay bricks for strong building.

How many labors required by the clay brick machine

Almost 7 to 8 Labors would be a part of the Manpower Requirement for the Clay Brick Making Machine / Plant, breakup for the same is mentioned below:

1 -Labour – For Clay Feeding into the Machine Hopper (one by one).

1 -Labour – For Mould releasing on platform or on racks.

1 -Labour – For Bricks Pushing in Slicer for Cutting into Brick Size.

2-Labours – For Shifting the Fresh Bricks for Drying etc (one by one).

2 -Labour – For Putting the dry clay immediately after the bricks are sliced by the cutter so as to avoid the Brick getting loose.

1 -Supervisor – For Controlling water level and labours.

The Clay Brick Making Machine can also be attached with a Top Logo, Mobile Carting Arrangement/ Trolley , Diesel Engine Frame. (Charges would be Extra for the same)

Installation & Debugging of the clay brick machine

The installation is very important for the clay brick machine, since it need to be installed in one level very strictly.  Therefore, we make metal frame under the clay brick machine and send to customer.  Upon receipt of the machine, you just need to fix the metal frame to foundation with screws and reinforce it.  After debugging the clay brick machine , you can start to make durable bricks in short time.
