The 5HST-2000 Large Soybean Thresher is specially designed for dry bean crops threshing from the straw. It applys for Soya bean ( Soybean) , Mung bean, Sorghum , Chick pea, Red Kidney Bean, etc.
Since the Dry bean crop straw are strong, and hard to be crushed when threshing. Nomal Small Soya Bean threshers are low output, and difficult to feed in to the machine. The Farmers have to feeding slowly, and pushed the straw with their hands, which is too dangerous and labour cost. Therefore, They are not suitable for bigger Soya bean field than 10 acres.
To satisfy large Soybean farmers, the 5HST-2000 Soybean Threshers are installed with huge feed inlet mouth with chains. Our Soybean Farmers can drop the large bale Soybean into the feeding mouth easily, and the Soybean straw are conveyed to the threshing room efficiently. It is most ideal threshing machine for 10-100 acres Bean Farm.
How to thresh Soybean at 1-2 t/h ?
When Soybean straw enter the threshing room, high speed hammers and spike teeth will thrash the straws, and Soybean are beat off the straw. At same time, the Soybean straw are crushed and blowed out from specific mouth.
What is worth mentioning is that, the 5HST-2000 Lareg Thresher is designed with Three strong cleaning fans, which will blow out the dirt impurities at most condition. Not 100% threshed beans will be suck back to the threshing room and do threshing secondly. therefore, the threshing rate is higher than 98%.
Afterwards, The threshed Soybean will come to the double vibrating screenings. Suitable sieve size will be installed for your threshing beans. 98% impurities and dirt will be cleaned and graded fastly and efficiently. Farmers will get clean beans directly , with no need to sort and separate again.

The 5HST-2000 Large Soybean threshing machine is a strong air separation threshing machine. The machine mainly consists of a frame, a feed port, a threshing drum, a concave plate screen, a grass outlet, a slag outlet, a cleaning fan, a screen vibration device, and a grain collecting machine. slots, etc.
Its special feature is that there is an air guide ring around the cleaning fan, and an air volume regulator is installed close to the air inlet of the air guide ring. The regulator has a louver-type structure and is divided into upper and lower groups. This kind of air separation threshing machine can be used for Different crops can adjust the appropriate air volume and wind force, and the machine is also equipped with a grain return trough cleaning device at the slag outlet, so it ensures the slag removal effect while rarely discharging the grains out of the machine.
