Instead of water cleaning ,  the HGBM-3 Garlic Bulb Brushing Machine is an automatic Garlic Dry Cleaning Machine. Thus the brushed Garlic are good for long storage.  The continuous brushes will remove the earth, impurity on the surface of the garlic.  After dry cleaning, these garlics will be used for packing into bag for sale.

The Garlic Cleaning and Grading Machine sconsists three parts: A Roller elevator, a Garlic Brush machine and a Garlic Bulb Sorting machine.  It is an Automatic Garlic Sorting Machine with Brush Cleaning Parts.

Firstly,  pour the garlic into the elevator. it will lift the Garlic Bulb by rollers to the brush machine and remove the soil and Garlic skin.

Secondly,  the clean Garlic Bulbs will be conveyed to the Garlic Sorter.   The Sorting Machine is a drum type grader with designed holes.  When the garlic enters the grader, the smaller garlic will fall into the outlets through the holes firstly.  while the larger garlic will roll to the next one under the rotation of the previous drum.

Lastly,  The clean Garlic Bulbs will be sorted to 4 sizes finally, and come out from seperate outlets automaticlly.    The whole process just need labour to drop Garlic Bulb to the elevators.  It saves Garlic Farmers much labour and cost.   More imporantly, the Sorted Garlics are uniform size, clean and well considtion.  They can be sold with good price.

Therefore, if you plant more than 2 acres Garlic, The Garlic Bulb Cleaning Machine is worthwhile to be invested.
