The Garlic Separating and Grading Machines includes Four machines:   Two Garlic Conveyors,  One Garlic Separating Machine and another Clove Grading Machine.  The Four Machines will work together automaticlly to make good cloves for planting .  The Garlic Separating Line can also be part of the Garlic Peedling Line.  By grading the cloves with different sizes, the Garlic Grading Machine will blow away the garlic skin and impurities.  Then the clean Garlic Cloves can be conveyed to Garlic Peeler.

The Four machines are controlled by electric control cabinet , which will protect the machines when electric off.

Garlic Bulb Separator Machine

The garlic splitting machine imitates the action of manual splitting, so that the garlic balls can be separated. What is Garlic Machine advantages VS Manual Labors ? 

Experiments and practices have proved that the shorter the storage time of garlic seeds after splitting, the higher the germination rate and the more prosperous the garlic seedlings. For hybrid garlic, the garlic skin on the top of the hybrid garlic buds is relatively tight, which affects the germination effect. If the garlic cloves with the garlic skin removed are planted, they will germinate 1-2 days earlier than the garlic cloves without the garlic skin.
