Tractor Driven Garlic Harvester for Hard Soil

The HGH-2 Garlic Harvester by HUAYO AGRO is a tractor-mounted machine designed to harvest garlic efficiently, even in hard and compacted soil conditions. Unlike conventional harvesters, the HGH-2 is equipped with four heavy-duty rotary blades at the front of the machine. These rotating blades loosen and cut through hardened soil before the digging blade lifts the garlic bulbs, making harvesting smoother and reducing resistance.

This innovative design allows the harvester to perform reliably in fields where manual harvesting or traditional machines often struggle due to compacted soil.

After loosening the soil, the machine automatically lifts the garlic, separates the bulbs from the soil through vibration, and places the harvested garlic neatly in the center of the rows for easy collection. This minimizes bulb damage while improving harvesting efficiency.

Compared with manual harvesting, the HGH-2 significantly reduces labor requirements and enables farmers to harvest larger areas in less time. Its robust construction and efficient digging system make it an ideal solution for commercial garlic growers seeking higher productivity and lower harvesting costs.

Whether your fields have hard clay soil, compacted ground, or dry conditions, the HUAYO AGRO Garlic Harvester delivers consistent harvesting performance while protecting bulb quality.

The Garlic Harvest Machine will harvest garlic efficiently and accurately.  It can help farmer with harvesting work and reduce labor cost, which handles everything from digging to transportation in one process. Approximately 80% labor saving in conventional work frees you from heavy labor.

The Tractor Garlic Harvester have two main parts:   First Part Rotate Blades.  Second Part Garlic Roller and collector.

The Rotate Blades will go under the garlic to pull it up.  It helps to cut through the soil smoothly, ensuring that the garlic bulbs are carefully lifted without being harmed. In addition, the rotating action loosens the soil around the bulbs, making it easier for the machine to separate the garlic from the ground.

The Second part of the Garlic Harvest Machine is rotating rollers.

First and foremost, the rotating rollers gently lift garlic bulbs from the soil while shaking off excess dirt, ensuring that the bulbs remain intact and clean. Additionally, this system helps to minimize damage to the garlic by handling the crop with care throughout the harvesting process.

Furthermore, the rotating rollers facilitate a continuous and smooth flow of garlic bulbs from the soil to the collection area, significantly speeding up the operation compared to manual harvesting. As a result, farmers can cover more ground in less time, improving productivity and reducing labor costs.

After digging up the bulb from field, the shaking rollers deduct the soil.  the black plate will collect garlic plant to the middle of rows.

In this case,  farmers can collect the garlic from field easier and faster.
