Hanging in the drying room or Drying the Garlics on racks ?
The two ways are both excellent way for Garlic long term storage . We are finding the main difference between drying on racks than hanging is the drying time.
You both hang and rack for curing? What percentage do you hang? This year it’s 70% hung, 30% on racks. We’ll transition to curing it all on racks
in the future because it’s more compact and easier to control the humidity 🙂
