Introduction of the Peanut Thresher

The peanut sheller is composed of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (two types of large and small), a hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt wheel and a driving V-belt, etc.

What is the working principle ?

After the machine is running normally, put peanuts into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The peanuts are broken under the repeated blows, frictions and collisions of the rotor, and the peanuts and broken peanut shells are under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor.

It is filtered and separated through a screen with a certain aperture (a large-hole screen is used for the first threshing of peanuts, and the small skin fruits after cleaning are replaced with a small-hole screen for the second peeling).

The peanut shells and grains are blown out of the machine body by the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the heavier peanut grains are screened through a vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
